Dr Agrawal’s father Sriniwas Agrawal dedicated his entire life to service of needy & unprivileged people. He believed in simple living & complete giving. After 70 years of dedicated service Babuji left this physical world for heavenly abode in 2019. Following his ideology & inspiration, a trust has been formed in his memory to continue his services. Radha Sriniwas Seva Trust is a registered public charitable trust in Sambalpur, established in 2020 working towards the health and educational needs of the underprivileged.
Currently the Trust is availing the following schemes for economically weak people
ECONOMY BED:
RSST Trust has initiated Economy Bed Scheme for Economically weak people at Sanjivani. Through this scheme they may get quality healthcare at a minimal price; lifetime discount is given to people enrolled in this scheme.
3 General beds have been allocated for financially weak people where they may get 50% discount on bed & hospital charges , OT charges & Consultant charges. Attractive discount is given on all types of tests, medicines & Consultation charges are kept low for the scheme holders.
SUBASINI: An Educational Charitable Initiative:
A Golden Opportunity for Self Employment for unemployed youth, widows & unmarried girls.
Radha Sriniwas Sewa Trust started another important aspect of Health Care: Providing comprehensive & necessary Training in Patient care Attendant & Nursing Assistant Course at Sanjivani Family Hospital. The Trust hopes to provide opportunity to young boys & girls to become professionally well-oriented so that they can at least serve their own community proudly, catering to primary health needs of patients before reaching the Hospital.
In this modern era & busy life style there is requirement of skilled care takers & attendants who may provide compassionate care to aged, bedridden, patients who have undergone any surgery or under chemotherapy, new born babies in home settings.
The curriculum is prepared to enable interested candidates to achieve knowledge & skills in basic patient care & nursing for general practice and self employment. It will prepare health workers & spread health awareness in rural areas as well as urban slums. This would also help the students to get employment in Private healthcare (Homes, Clinics, Nursing Homes) or practice independently in their own community.
